Since we are the first business and land broker in this country to have actually made a successful business of brokering, having repeatedly sold/leased businesses and property, we have had to learn the business from the top down and bottom up; ourselves.  The system is somewhat convoluted for acquiring a legitimate government registered land lease and there have been attempts by sellers to artificially straighten that naturally curvy road out.  The legality of agreements that serve to extend terms of the seemingly cast in stone 20 year land leases for the prevalent and common “Api Uta” are a major consideration when “leasing” or otherwise making land deals.  There are pitfalls.  We know the “ropes” and can either review or document your desired acquisition, be it for land or for a business.  Probably no one, lawyers included, has put the hours into studying the laws of the land and the case law as we.  Before submitting, we use the services of select and competent lawyers to endorse or approve each transaction as we have documented them.

The fee for a review and assessment of any batch of documents is normally just $75.00 TOP. 
The fee for preparing or correcting documentation varies with the amount of paper work necessary to achieve the purpose.  The fees vary from $100 TOP to a high of $350 TOP.
