This beach house is about one year old and actually right on the long, long white sand beach.
There is no obstructing road between the cabin and the beach. The drive is aside the house with parking. The trade winds breeze keeps it cool and bug free. The home is 4 miles from the main town of Savusavu and 2.5 miles from the airport, yet it is secluded in the jungle with two other such homes nearby for neighbors.
This quaint tiny home has a deck on the roof for star gazing and outdoor sleeping. You can even put at tent up there for kids or guests. Note the large deck in front too. Until the mains electric comes in soon, a system of solar batteries and inverter provide the 220 V AC electric power. The house comes furnished and with stove and fridge, hot and cold water, full bath and it is ready to move in right now.
The beach property is ¼ acre of leased land through Fiji’s Land Trust Board at $220 USD per month, which includes pressure spring water, septic, road and common ground maintenance.
The property has been rented for the last two months and it runs at about 90% occupancy. For more, just ask Robert.
