This beach house is a brand new two bedroom ensuite with two bathrooms with a large deck and even a roof deck for star gazing or private sunbathing, etc. There is a full kitchen in one wing (stove, oven, fridge, sink, hot and cold, cabinets, etc.) and each unit has double sliding smoked glass doors. Lots of ventilation and well insulated with triple walls, one being of weatherized structural steel. Strong, cool and safe.
The beach house is ready to occupy, fully furnished including deck furniture with a full system of solar batteries and charging capabilities via our community genset that ensures 220 VAC power 24/7. Water is mains provided for free.
There is no obstructing road between the cabin and the beach. The drive is aside the house with parking. The location is reef protected from large waves from the ocean and the trade winds breezes keeps it cool and bug free. The home is 4 miles from the main town of Savusavu and 2.5 miles from the airport, yet it is secluded in the jungle with two other such homes nearby for neighbors.
The beach property is ¼ acre of leased land through Fiji’s Land Trust Board at $220 USD per month, which includes water, septic, road, beach and other common ground maintenance.
